Installation
Bare Post before Column Sentry Concrete Wrap protection product is installed. You can see how vulnerable it is to forklift collision damage.
Position wrap protection panels around the concrete post.
Tighten straps to secure the concrete wrap around the column. Now the column is protected to reduce or eliminate collision damage. It is that simple!

Park Sentry Square

Visit product page →Park Sentry® Square is designed to fit around any sized 4-sided column, square or rectangular. Park Sentry Square is a modular column padding product, made of a combination of corner pieces and flat panels that fit together for a seamless installation. The components fit together with (included) interlocking keys and can be cut to fit smaller columns, or extra panels can be added to fit larger columns. Integrated cutting grooves are spaced every 40mm (1.6") for easy sizing.
Park Sentry Square panels are thin, only 40mm (1.6") thick, adding little to the column's footprint. The corner pieces add thickness where it is needed to absorb heavier blows - the corners are 55mm (2.2"). The The park column padding product is designed to double a typical auto bumper's ability to protect from collisions.
Park Sentry Square is available in standard high visibility yellow or economical black or the components can be combined to create a high contrast installation. The park column padding product is secured to the column using adjustable reflective straps. For extra security Sentry's locking buckles can be added.

Installation
Custom fitting Park Sentry is very easy.
Simply measure the column and size the planks to fit the column.The vertical ribs act as cutting guides and help to visually blend any transition between pieces.
For columns greater than 24" (61cm), extra planks can be used to add length. Each plank adds 17.25"(44cm) in length, or can be custom-cut to match your dimensions.

Recessed grommet holes within the belt recesses on each piece allow for optional mechanical installation - hidden by the reflective straps.
Strap down for a finished appearance

The straps provide a contrasting color to make the column more visible
Any excess strap length can be cut and/or tucked back behind the strap for a neat appearance.

Park Sentry Wall System

Visit product page →The Park Sentry Wall System is a way to utilize the impact-absorbing properties of our Park Sentry Round panels against a variety of flat walls. Park Sentry absorbs the impact of collisions without scratching painted finishes. The wall system is attached above and below the "bumper zone," meaning no fasteners to scrape the vehicle. Park Sentry is made of lightweight, energy-absorbing ARPRO®, the same material used in automobile bumpers. Park Sentry Wall system is an easy-to-install barrier meant to reduce the cost of vehicle collisions while providing a highly visible, attractive appearance.
Park Sentry Wall System is created by using Park Sentry Round panels. These panels are 1 meter (39.3") tall, and are 702mm (27.65") wide per panel. Each wall clip is 1410mm (55.5") so it spans 2 panels. This means each carton of wall channel will install 12 panels (4 cartons) of Park Sentry Round panels and will cover 8.4 meters (about 27'6") of wall.
Installation
The Park Sentry Wall Clips are lightweight extruded polypropylene channels that are attached to the wall using standard fasteners (not included). The top rail of the channel includes a small groove intended to guide the fasteners and provide proper spacing.
Park Sentry Wall System uses this simple clip system to hold the Park Sentry Round panels firmly to a wall. The clips are continual and span the width of 2 panels. They are available in black only and ship 12 to a carton. The wall clips can be used to "box" the end of a run of panels, as in the photo here.
The Park Sentry Round panels connect to each other using an integrated tab and slot system, seen in this photo of the back (B) side. The Wall clips are attached top and bottom to hold firmly against a wall. These panels are available in yellow or black.

Rack Sentry® installs directly to the rack upright, eliminating the need to drill into the floor at the rack upright. In use, Rack Sentry® puts no stress on the floor.

Rack Sentry® exceeds the European FEM standard of 400 N.m protection recommended for rack uprights.
For use in temperatures below 0°C, the use of Rack Sentry LT (Low Temperature) is recommended.

Special “Green” Recycled Column Sentry

Made from post-industrial recycled polyethylene, this product can be made in all of the standard sizes as the original product. It also includes all of the features of the original model, including our proprietary air-cushion system, 24 pockets to protect your column, and its incredible ease of installation.
Because of its recycled content, it has to be molded in a dark color. We chose green, which should remind you of why you bought it.
The recycled column protectors are only available in North America at this time. It is a made-to-order item and not regularly stocked as are most of our products.
